    Let's be honest, I'm an avid Apps user since DOS. ZAPIER, has automagically automated all of my apps on ALL OS platforms including but not limited to my: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Gchat, Contacts, Google+, Google Analytics, Sheets, Slides, Docs, iOS OS, OS X, Windows and Linux. It's an unmatched suite of automating software, for an incredibly great price! JUST DO IT! Lol

    Pros : Pretty much literally ANY possible app you need for being a productive modern professional is automated with Zapier.

    Cons : ZAPIER may take a day to learn how to integrate all your apps API's, tokens, etc. aside from that it's BAD ASS!

    good for less traffic

    when You want to integrate somethings it's good and fast and also you can do something that you can't do before but when you have more traffic it's maybe be expensive

    Pros : You can use it for every thing and any integration

    Cons : It's very expensive! when u have very traffic .

    Essential Tool For My Business

    I've been a Zapier user for 3+ years and I absolutely love how their product is constantly getting better and adding more platforms. Since I'm not a coder I don't understand how to program automations or work manually with API's so I used to be limited to our freelancers or in house dev's... not anymore! In our business we use Zapier every day. For example, when a new audio file is uploaded to a Dropbox folder for one of our podcasts it automatically sends an SMS message (via Twillio) to our audio engineer who then begins an audio edit. It also automates with our helpdesk, Slack, Drive, and so many other pieces. Must have service.

    Pros : Large database of platforms to choose and they have a private API function as well. Their customer support is the best... literally, the best I've ever dealt with. That's referring back to the early days when Wade Foster the co-founder would be answering emails and doing live 1 on 1's to help out. Also, their blog is top notch content training that has helped me grow my business.

    Cons : If there was a stronger recipe section or use case section that would be great, however browsing around it's easy to get new ideas.

    Zapier is one of the best software integrations I've used. Whenever I consider a new software product, it's a must for me to make sure that it's compatible with Zapier.

    I've used it extensively across many applications, from populating a google spreadsheet via a web form to sending email notifications on updates while collaborating.

    I am always looking for new ways to automate certain processes with Zapier.

    A big thumbs up from me.

    What do you dislike?

    When integrating certain applications, it does take a bit of figuring out what goes where and how to get the most out of it.

    I initially tried to populate a spreadsheet and it needed bit of figuring out, however all was done within a short space of time.

    I have been using Zapier for over 2 years now and I only remember once having to reload a Zap or Zapier event when I noticed it wasn't connecting properly. I have since not had that problem again.

    Recommendations to others considering the product

    If you're looking to free up time and resources within your business or organisation, I recommend using zapier. There are many ways it can make your life easier.

    What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

    The main use I've found is the integration between a web form and a google docs spreadsheet. Whenever the form gets filled, a new row entry get completed in my spreadsheet automatically. I then only need to review my spreadsheet and populate my reports.

    I try to solve all my business problems with Zapier.

    Perfect companion to bridge different software together

    What do you like best?

    Zapiers simplistic interface makes it easy for me to create ZAPS that allow me to have one of my web-based applications talk to another. There are no complicated APIs to work with and no programming required. The feedback the site provides that allows me to see the status of a ZAP helps diagnose any issues due to the ZAP not being setup correctly.

    What do you dislike?

    I dislike that they do not provide phone support. Their email support is good, but that is our only option. I would like the ability to be able to pick up the phone and speak with someone, or have a Live Chat option. Sometimes I have quick questions that require a quick answer, and I can't get that with Zapier.

    What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

    I currently have a scheduling application that allows my clients to schedule meetings with our employees. The problem I was facing was once they scheduled a meeting with an employee, it wouldn't show on their calendar in our CRM. I use a ZAP to take the appointment made in the web-based scheduling software and push it to my CRM's calendar.
