Jazz Use Cases and Deployment ScopeI used Jazz at an advertising agency where I used to work. The entire organization (with offices in two separate cities) used the system. I believe that our recruiting process was streamlined very well with Jazz, as their workflow features allowed our managers to get their duties done much more quickly.

Cons : I can't think of anything--I've used a few other ATS options and Jazz shines above them all.

Jazz Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe use The Resumator to post open job descriptions to our website and free job boards, accept inbound applications, screen resumes, message candidates, and track the hiring process for every department across the organization. It streamlines our entire hiring workflow and allows us to collaborate on evaluating and selecting candidates. Without The Resumator, we'd still be manually posting job openings, sorting resumes, and struggling to track applicants through the hiring process, which is made especially challenging given our globally distributed team.
Pros : Creating job descriptions and syndicating them to free job boards to attract inbound applicants.Simplifying the candidate screening process by organizing applicant information, resumes, interview notes and feedback, and more all in one place.Allowing teams to collaborate on candidate reviews and post comments for others to see.Mass messaging candidates.
Cons : Merging duplicate applicant profiles is difficult to do in bulk and weeding out spam or accidental / incomplete profiles can be time consuming.The Resumator allows applicants to apply via LinkedIn but doesn't pull in much social data (i.e. who are my shared connections with an applicant) or serve up data from other social accounts like Facebook, Twitter, etc.The mobile version of the site is almost impossible to use.I wish I could create interview notes templates for certain departments or posit

Jazz Use Cases and Deployment ScopeThe Resumator is used as our applicant tracking system. Every open position is documented in The Resumator and every individual that applies is housed there. It is being used across the whole organization and it addresses our need to have a centralized application that houses all of our candidates.
Pros : Great user-interface.Ease of use and functionality.It's pretty robust in regards to what all it can house as far as information is concerned.
Cons : They seem to change their product and UI almost on a monthly basis, this gets a little agitating when I'm getting accustomed to the new interface.It should allow us to use a personalized signature - just like ours for our email accounts at work.
Our company has been using Jazz for over 2 years now. We like the basic functionality of the tool. It allows us to post jobs, rate candidates, and move people through our hiring process. While we would like the tool to do more, it has been clear that Jazz has been going through a lot of changes in the past year - new design, new author, new features. As a user it can feel like whiplash to go through so many changes. Eventually, I'm sure it will all shake out and be great, but week to week it's only average. Customer support has been very weak; again, probably a product of their fast growth.
Pros : Good basic organization for an ATS, for the price we are paying it's worth it.
Cons : Poor customer support and constantly changing features that are hard to learn on the fly; only so much time in the day to do my current job in addition to learning a new system or feature every few weeks.

I was the sole owner of our recruiting function at my company, and we were using Excel spreadsheets to manage all of the critical information that needs to be documented. We were referred to Jazz in the summer of 2015 and have been loving it ever since. It is easy to use, tracks just about anything you could ever want to report on, and is constantly making improvements. Jazz is local for us so the customer support they provided during the roll out was a combination of onsite and phone communication which was amazing. They are quick to assist and are always one step ahead of your question!

Over here at Tourico Holidays we use it daily and have been now for over a year and we love it. It makes our lives easier when dealing with a bulk amount of candidates.We love the built-in messaging system and how you're able to set up a template. The workflow also helps our staff stay organized and allows candidates to flow through the process easier.
