    If you incur costs at your position, having an app like Nexonia within your organization is a fundamental need in order to ensure timely reimbursements. The ability to provide the expenses into a single dashboard allowing for the approval process to happen in tandem is key for any organization looking to effectively allow for corporate expensing amongst their employee workforce – and to effectively manage those expense requests/reports.

    For organizations that involve corporate travel (training, conferences, client meetings, etc.) either get used to forking over a credit card, having little to no control over bookings, whether or not policies are being met, so on and so forth, or, invest in a tool like Nexonia that is built to handle these items.

    Pros :

    • - A rather simple user interface (UI).
    • Easy-to-use system for users of all shapes and sizes (employees, managers, etc.).
    • Ability to submit multiple expense items in one fell swoop.
    • Easily view corporate policies and allowable expenses.
    • Receive/submit approvals in the same system.
    • Allows for a timely reimbursement of corporate expenses being incurred by employees.
    • Single dashboard solution to process corporate perks (for example, parking, bus passes, gym memberships, etc.).

    Cons :

    • There is not much of the system I don't like. I don't give approvals so can't speak on that level, but an incredibly simple app for uploading my corporate expenses needing reimbursement. Maybe some additional notifications would be nice so I could better know when expenses have been vetted, but perhaps simply be a setting I need to adjust for 3rd party (email) notifications.
    • Not a huge issue, but we have experienced downtime here and there while updates and/or bug fixes were being rolled out; perhaps just better managing and scheduling of their roll-outs to occur less-so during peak usage times could help reduce the impact on users attempting to access the system.
