Pros :

Call back service and co browsing facilities of the application helps the customer to complete the purchase. Visitor chat window can become the brand ambassador and brand spokesperson. BoldChat. does come with a hefty tag price which you may or may not be willing to pay for. When you compare the price with other similar programs, it is quite steep, but you will get your money's worth in terms of usability, accessibility, features and ease of setup.

It is pretty hard to find a good reason to use Live2Support. It does have a lot of features but compared to other providers it feels clunky and outdated. It definitely is not very fun to use; just an example: even accepting a chat request is confusing. You have to click the IP address of the user. Not very intuitive.
