    What do you like best?Facility to parametrize the product, SLA, Portal, Business rules, all is done using graphic interface, and it is easy to adapt to business change. What do you dislike?Nothing all is working well and as required , pêrhaps some interfaces used to transfer from a previous product could nb e ameliorated.
