I really love using Pipeliner. It has made my life so much easier!andnbsp; The functionality is spot-on. It gives us greater visibility of what is happening per team, per sector, per campaign we are running.andnbsp; It's really easy to use and powerful on the screen in meetings. I particularly like being able to jump from view to view and also the velocity option.andnbsp; I find the Navigator really good too, especially for summarising overdue tasks and the upcoming activities bar at the right hand side, makes planning even easier. The support is also excellent, my contact Todd is always available for any queries. His knowledge of the tool is first class and he has helpful suggestions to make everything run smoother. Recommended!

To know what is business and what’s not, NetSuite CRM lets you capture all the data inside their modules, to see the real cost of the business to develop and to see the budget necessary to launch for each project. Once you understand this, you can have the decisions on your hands, and you will no longer worry about real cost or approximately cost. Netsuite CRM can integrate all real ongoing operations, within several departments (Sales Force, Inventory and Supply departments, and Infrastructure ). With this tool, you could have the accurate information needed to work on taking decisions, to start something, the integration of all the departments of the company inside this tool could make you run faster through your daily operation. Administration department has their place in this party, so, all departments are important to make your business grow. With this app, you just have to worry about the process, to make this happen.

Pros :

The integration with several departments is very efficient when you are handling projects inside a projected enterprise. So, you need to integrate several departments with many people involved, and most of the time that people are not there through your door, and you need the exact information from what we have, and what we need to build something, to start a new project.

As a part of the operations department, we use the Location cost Module, and it is a very efficient module for us, we capture all the data collected on our site survey, and the module tell us, the cost, and all the infrastructure needed to build the project, for the customer. If something is missing in our stock, logistics and materials can be awarded of the material needed to buy, all by the same system.

Cons :

Sometimes, you need to be accurate on your needs, in order to tell the system what you have and what you have to pick in your location surveys, and how to introduce these inputs into the system, so that you can have the information that you need.

Sometimes, this process could be annoying, but it's worth it, you will save so much time and headache pills after all of this. And remember this system is very flexible. Another con for this tool is the speed of working, sometimes it runs very slow, even when you have a high-speed internet connection, so don´t be anxious or desperate when you are working on this tool.

    This is the Microsoft Dynamics of the CRM world. Software made to sell itself, meaning if someone demos it to a CEO, they'll be massively impressed. A CRM is as good as it's usage by salespeople. This CRM struggles to get that.

    Pros :

    • Looks great.

    Cons :

    • Could get my team members to use it. Could create reports that I wanted, in short couldn't use it.

    Pipeliner is the first CRM application to really link method with process. The method is the logical sequence of events in the customers buying steps, and how this translates into what the sales organization does to move an opportunity forward.
