  • I've been using Pipeline Deals for the past year, and having experience with many CRM's I feel it is incredibly efficient and easy to use. Clean design and user-friendly interface make this a pleasure to work with. Reports can be easily generated. We use this for all levels of our sales team, from corporate to training/reps. I especially like the Outlook and Excel plug in's.

    Pros : Clean design, easy interface, nice to work on, ease of use. Good support on plug in's.

  • What do you like best?

    You know when you use software and it just works, and you love the experience? That's what I feel like when I use PipelineDeals. It works, and it's a beautiful, simple interface. But don't confuse simple with simplistic. PipelineDeals is a mature software platform, but it is still simple to operate. They haven't experienced any of the "corporate bloat" that so many software programs get when they mature. It has everything my sales staff needs to be productive when they're making calls, either in person or on the phone. And when I need a quick update of any customer or to see what my team has been up to, I simply run a report and it's all right there. As a founder and CEO, I couldn't live without PipelineDeals.

    What do you dislike?

    I didn't like the mobile version of their website, but they recently launched a native iPhone app that's zippy so all my sales reps are ecstatic now.

  • Any organization that sells products or services to other businesses would benefit from using PipelineDeals. This is especially true for businesses with very complex sales funnels or problems with sales representatives who miss details or follow-up opportunities that could prove to be costly. Companies that are already making extensive use of Google tools will find this application will make a fine addition to what they are already doing. It is also a good tool for cost-conscious companies who want to keep their tools as simple and effective as possible.

    This is an excellent value Customer Relationship Management tool, previously we used Sugar (CRM) however this was very costly was just too big for us. We just wanted a simple to use CRM that would allow us to track and move customers through the pipeline.andnbsp; This tool allows us to see what stage the lead or customer is and the potential value of the deal. As an administrator, I can quickly see which salesperson is actively using and updating and who is lagging behind. The system is really easy to use and is adaptable to allow us to change titles, deal stages, etc.

    Pros :

    • Very easy to use, we were up and running within a couple of hours.
    • Pipeline is on the cloud so can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
    • You only need to buy individual licences.
    • We like the fact that you can just add on new people as and when you need them.
    • They also offer a discounted costs for signing up for a yearly plan.
    • The site allows the admin team to quickly see who is active on the site.
    • We also have access to all the calendars of the team to see what they are doing at all times.
    • I can also monitor the amount of emails and phone calls being made and logged on the site.
    • Being able to see the value of possible deals allows me to be able to forecast the finance figures for the next few months and throughout the rest of the year.
    • It is that easy to use my MD has also embraced it and he has asked me to monitor him in the same way as the rest of the team.

    Cons :

    • The only downside for us, is not being able to integrate for free with our help desk.
    • We understand there is an app that can be used however this is an additional cost each month.
    • We also find that the link between our emails and pipeline drops out a lot.andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp;

    This is one software that is grown well over the ages; I've used it long back and then again now (for over a year now). New fields creation, addition, reporting is all incredibly simple. Best of all, everyone knows how to use it as soon as they get in.

    Pros :

    • Straightforward and easy to use.
    • Robust reporting, secure admin

    Cons :

    • Not sure, but I think there is a huge gap still for a CRM to be complete.
    • Something's missing, I don't quite know, yet, what.
