I've been using Pipeline Deals for the past year, and having experience with many CRM's I feel it is incredibly efficient and easy to use. Clean design and user-friendly interface make this a pleasure to work with. Reports can be easily generated. We use this for all levels of our sales team, from corporate to training/reps. I especially like the Outlook and Excel plug in's.

What do you like best?
You know when you use software and it just works, and you love the experience? That's what I feel like when I use PipelineDeals. It works, and it's a beautiful, simple interface. But don't confuse simple with simplistic. PipelineDeals is a mature software platform, but it is still simple to operate. They haven't experienced any of the "corporate bloat" that so many software programs get when they mature. It has everything my sales staff needs to be productive when they're making calls, either in person or on the phone. And when I need a quick update of any customer or to see what my team has been up to, I simply run a report and it's all right there. As a founder and CEO, I couldn't live without PipelineDeals.
What do you dislike?
I didn't like the mobile version of their website, but they recently launched a native iPhone app that's zippy so all my sales reps are ecstatic now.
