Our company uses Pipedrive, and we are about to make the switch to Salesforce. Pipedrive was fine when we were a small start-up, but now as we change methods there are lots of changes that we want to make to PD, and the lack of features and accessibility makes it hard to make lots of large changes easily. Instead, we have to individually go in and spend hours fixing details of different leads. It doesn't help either that it's hard to reach customer service and get on the phone with them.

For a company just starting with online collaboration, or looking for an easy upgrade, Capsule could be at the top of a list to consider. It offers the sales-oriented focus that small teams need. But if you’re already running another software management system, is it worth switching to Capsule? That’s a tough call. Capsule CRM is a very capable CRM for a range of orthodox business requirements. If you are doing anything unusual you could easily find its limits but for many it could be a tool to support significant business growth.More about Capsule CRM
