I really love using Pipeliner. It has made my life so much easier!andnbsp; The functionality is spot-on. It gives us greater visibility of what is happening per team, per sector, per campaign we are running.andnbsp; It's really easy to use and powerful on the screen in meetings. I particularly like being able to jump from view to view and also the velocity option.andnbsp; I find the Navigator really good too, especially for summarising overdue tasks and the upcoming activities bar at the right hand side, makes planning even easier. The support is also excellent, my contact Todd is always available for any queries. His knowledge of the tool is first class and he has helpful suggestions to make everything run smoother. This is the Microsoft Dynamics of the CRM world. Software made to sell itself, meaning if someone demos it to a CEO, they'll be massively impressed. A CRM is as good as it's usage by salespeople. This CRM struggles to get that.

I love Contactually. I spend several months researching and testing various CRMs, and Contactually blew them out of the water by a large margin. CRMs can be painfully clunky to use, and I feel like Contactually successfully balances between being easy to use and fully-featured enough to be really useful.More about Contactually
