Throughout my professional tenure I've not only written code but have had the experience of collaborating with EVERY SINGLE professional CRM applications on the market. My conclusion, Base CRM is THE answer to streamlining your sales & marketing processes and cycle.
Pros : SIMPLICITY SELLS! This is the genius behind Base CRM.
Cons : None that I've ever experienced in 3-4 years.

I picked Base for two reasons: a) it looked and felt nice b) it handled VoIP calls very well
Pros : VoIP calling is fantastic with great reports.
Cons : It doesn't sync social very well The in app email system could be better

Base CRM has the best mobile apps seamless integrations with phonecalls, emails. Best feautures are Contactclipper, Outlook plugin, gmail support and superb integrations with other webbased apps. like Zapier, mailchimp and so on. Premium plans with full data reports give salesmanagers totalt controll of salesteams. Why not 5 stars? It´?¢s not a full SocialCRM, and currently not supporting multiple pipelines (coming feature though)

Base CRM has great potential. What they get right, they get really right. The best way I can think to put it is that I believe in the company, but I’m not sold on the product. Yet.

All in all, Base CRM is a helpful and easy to use mobile CRM solution. I haven't touched on every feature in this review, plus capabilities are being enhanced on an almost constant basis due to the nature of the application. With a 14-day free trial, Base CRM is definitely worth checking out.
