About TrustFax

If you are in the market for an online fax service, TrustFax is one of the leading providers that you may want to consider. With TrustFax, you’ll be able to send and receive fax messages over the Internet, just like you would with an email. Here are the basics of what you need to know about TrustFax.

With TrustFax, you can get a local fax number and engage in international faxing. The service doesn’t have a complicated setup process; you don’t have to download any software or set up any specific hardware as everything is accessed online. They offer advanced fax tracking, allowing you to find out what you need to know quickly. You can also take advantage of digitized signatures so that you don’t have to print out any documents to sign them and send them back. This can save you quite a bit of time and save your company paper as well. When you receive a fax, it will show up in PDF format, which makes it easy to read on almost any device that you have.

This fax package is designed for individuals, small businesses and medium-sized businesses. It is also a good package to get if you need to regularly send faxes to locations in other countries.

TrustFax offers a few different plans for your convenience; you can choose a monthly or annual plan. If you go with the monthly option, you will pay $8.95 per month. The annual plan costs $7.46 per month. Both of them give you access to 250 outgoing messages per month. If you use more than your allotment of 250 faxes, you will pay a fee of $.10 per page after that. You do not have to pay any setup fees or any other charges. They also offer a free 30-day trial, which lets you try out free online faxing for a limited time before you buy.

TrustFax is one of the easier systems to use in the market. If you understand the basics of how to send and receive email messages, you should be able to use the program without any issues. If you can open and read a PDF document, you’ll be able to read your incoming faxes.

The customer service for TrustFax is very good, and should be able to get you help on any of the issues that you are having trouble with. They provide support with a toll-free phone number and you can contact them via email if you have any questions. They also have a frequently asked questions database to show you answers to some common issues.

  • TrustFax offers aggressive rates and flexible storage options coupled with a dependable customer service team. The yearly plan is an excellent choice for small businesses that prefer email but still have clients that require a fax option.

  • TrustFax really isn’t that remarkable; the pricing is an okay value, but you can do better with services like MetroFax or Nextiva. RingCentral and AirComUSA also offer competitive rates, but with a more comprehensive range of features. The good news is that TrustFax offers a 30-day free trial, so you have plenty of opportunity to test-drive them and decide whether they’re for you or not.

  • TrustFax is clearly aimed at mid-sized businesses and they will do a good job of serving your needs if you have a moderate number of faxes to send and receive. The company does not provide a huge amount of information about themselves on their website, instead encouraging you to phone them to negotiate a package, so they may be particularly well-suited to people who believe that they can drive a hard bargain.
