  • Great Solution

    Sendible Use Cases and Deployment ScopeSendible allows us to scale up drastically so that a small social media team can support a major brand's social media strategy across various platforms. We routinely scheduled more than 2,000 messages for 3 major brands over 12 different platforms. It was intuitive to use from the start and the improvement I remember being a game changer for us was when Sendible was one of the first social media tools out there that offered Pinterest integration. 

    Pros : User experience - I have always found Sendible to be easy to understand and use.Innovative - our team needed a solution for Pinterest badly -- no other tools were integrated with it but we needed to be able to schedule pins in advance. Sendible offered one of the first Pinterest solutions in the space.Customer Service - over a few years we had meaningful contact with the customer care team and they were always prompt and helpful.

    Cons : The one area I remember thinking could use improvement was in the user account settings, it's the only section I thought could be a little clearer.

    Didn't see the point.

    Sendible Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe trialled Sendible after finding Hootsuite too expensive for a company of our size. The primary goals were to enable the corporate marketing team to manage the email activity of a range of different people in different countries and divisions.

    Pros : It offers the basic functionality offered by all social media management platforms

    Cons : Slow to load.User guide and help function were really poor, and live support never seemed available in UK office hours. It's pretty intuitive but there's no help.Connection to LinkedIn didn't seem to work.Really struggled to identify a single benefit of using this over simply working with platforms directly. Yes, there were a couple more metrics visible, but it just didn't give business benefits.

    Sendible beats out hootsuite for usability

    Sendible Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe are a firm.  We use Sendible to manage all of our social accounts for clients and our own firm.  We have a large amount of clients who have the need for a couple of services from Sendible.  Additionally we have clients near or in the same markets that still want social media to be different.  We utilize the groups options to differentiate and spread messages out over time.

    Pros : Auto posting 10 years in advance. Might seem like overkill but when you are talking about website promoting or lbl promoting that is really nice to be able to set and forget.Automation is really nice as well. I have been growing my twitter page fast because of the auto follow by keyword serviceRSS auto posting of blogs. We have a large group of blogs that get written each week. It is time consuming to post them manually one by one. Now they just recognize a change and auto post from the fee

    Cons : It seems functionality with other browsers outside of FireFox is very poorIn classic mode I have noticed glitches that force me to delete all my services and start from scratch. This happens at least once a year.360 mode does not seem as well organized as classic. But I am looking forward to the new platform.

  • What do you like best?

    I like that I am able to pre-schedule and import csv files containing month's worth of posts and never have to go back. I manage several facebook groups and twitter accounts. Being able to post to several places without wasting time is fantastic.

    What do you dislike?

    The only thing I don't like is that facebook does not like third party posts. This creates less readership when it comes these posts.

    What do you like best?

    I love the ability to schedule posts to most of my social media at once. It is convenient to have all the tools I need to manage my social media reach in one place, including the actual publishing of blog posts. The pricing is lower than any other I have come across for the same level of service and it was easy to find discount codes to make the savings even greater. Customer service was readily available when I had a concern.

    What do you dislike?

    Though customer service was available, they did struggle a bit with sorting out an error with my billing. It took nearly a week to get my services running again, because they had to reset my account. I have occasionally had issues with Facebook disconnecting from the service and it stops publishing posts on time. I'm not sure if this is a Sendible or Facebook issue. I have noticed a decrease in the reach of each Facebook post published versus using Facebook's built-in scheduler. This is a common issue for anyone using this type of service, though.

  • Sendible covers the biggest range of supported sites out there, so you can expect link sharing platforms, photo and video services as well as social platforms to be integrated into your dashboard. Therefore, when we say that it brings everything into one interface, we mean it.
    If you want to integrate your social channels and e-mail into one area then Sendible can be a great tool for you. However, if you are looking for a tool that is a little less expensive, then you might want to consider checking other tools such like HootSuite or Postling.
