Sendible Use Cases and Deployment ScopeSendible allows us to scale up drastically so that a small social media team can support a major brand's social media strategy across various platforms. We routinely scheduled more than 2,000 messages for 3 major brands over 12 different platforms. It was intuitive to use from the start and the improvement I remember being a game changer for us was when Sendible was one of the first social media tools out there that offered Pinterest integration.
Pros : User experience - I have always found Sendible to be easy to understand and use.Innovative - our team needed a solution for Pinterest badly -- no other tools were integrated with it but we needed to be able to schedule pins in advance. Sendible offered one of the first Pinterest solutions in the space.Customer Service - over a few years we had meaningful contact with the customer care team and they were always prompt and helpful.
Cons : The one area I remember thinking could use improvement was in the user account settings, it's the only section I thought could be a little clearer.

I love the ability to schedule posts to most of my social media at once. It is convenient to have all the tools I need to manage my social media reach in one place, including the actual publishing of blog posts. The pricing is lower than any other I have come across for the same level of service and it was easy to find discount codes to make the savings even greater. Customer service was readily available when I had a concern.
What do you dislike?
Though customer service was available, they did struggle a bit with sorting out an error with my billing. It took nearly a week to get my services running again, because they had to reset my account. I have occasionally had issues with Facebook disconnecting from the service and it stops publishing posts on time. I'm not sure if this is a Sendible or Facebook issue. I have noticed a decrease in the reach of each Facebook post published versus using Facebook's built-in scheduler. This is a common issue for anyone using this type of service, though.

Sendible covers the biggest range of supported sites out there, so you can expect link sharing platforms, photo and video services as well as social platforms to be integrated into your dashboard. Therefore, when we say that it brings everything into one interface, we mean it.
If you want to integrate your social channels and e-mail into one area then Sendible can be a great tool for you. However, if you are looking for a tool that is a little less expensive, then you might want to consider checking other tools such like HootSuite or Postling.
