    This is an amazing tool for small to medium businesses trying to get a hold of their customer and user behaviors. I've been using it for over than 2 years and has proven very useful.

    Sale professionals need a very straightforward and easy to use CRM platform. What I love about Salesforce is that it doesn't require a lot of a learning curve (Some of the platforms I have used in the past, required a very steep learning curve and a sale professional does not have the time for that, sales professionals need to go out into the field).

    The customizable dashboard is great. It has a very large and wide range of report widgets that you can customize in whatever way you want. The dashboard also has real time data of the customers and number of sales.

    The user interface is really easy to understand and navigate. The software is as customizable as it can get.

    We also appreciate how simple it was to navigate the software. There is an easy navigation bar at the start, and you can organize each tab as you please.

    Other feature that I like, is the social media CRM. The feed is very much a newsfeed (Twitter or Facebook has this kind of social feed too) and is easy to upload updates from the dashboard itself.

    Overall, the things I use the most are lead generation and contact management. The latter stores information and gives you a very in-depth analysis of the customer, like activity, deals, past communications among other useful things that permit a better CRM overall. The Lead generation portion lets you make smarter decisions when trying to make prospects into customers, by analyzing the lead through the purchase funnel and marketing channel.
