HootSuite was a great fit for our needs. It is affordable, and able to be expanded as you grow. We liked HootSuite because of the abilities to assign teams to certain social media accounts or certain clients we are managing their social media for. You can see what other team members are posting, where and when which helps you plan when to post your content to avoid stacking content and not allowing it sometimes to reach your customers feeds.andnbsp;
Although Twitter Counter is specific to just Twitter accounts, it provides great analytics and reports that you can use to improve the management of an account and demonstrate growth and engagement over time. The PDF reports are easy to export and read so that you can share them with colleagues and clients. Simply choose your date range and you'll be provided with follower and engagement statistics within that period of time. I would highly recommend this software to anyone who needs more insight regarding one or more Twitter profiles.
