I connected to the world of internet when things were not much so advanced, and not everyone could have access to basic internet security. I remember Facebook coming in a year or two after I connected to Hotmail. I haven't been that kind of a person who had many emails, it was just one for nearly 7-8 years (started way back in '03) so having different passwords everywhere was not such a hefty thing. I heard news again and again about how so and so the server has been hacked so change your password, I was there like, meh it doesn't matter. It turns out, it is truly important to not repeat any password for any email account. My ID got hacked somehow and my heartbeat raised as I swarmed across the internet changing my password from each and every account. I have a different one for Facebook, one in outlook, one in Gmail, one in Apple cloud and so on, even a completely different one in here on cloudswave, It was then that I maintained a proper diary for all my passwords, but it still didn't feel secure enough.I have now switched to Sticky password as it is surely the best service out there. With so much features and even donating for endangered species, I am touch. Although on a more serious note, I find Sticky Password to be an amazing deal for everyone. The pro version isn't that expensive in at $29.99 a year and the best thing about it, it uses a personal cloud ( I mean it uses the local wifi to store passwords, so there is no danger of the passwords being exposed online). Also, it has the feature to allow us to swipe our fingers through there and allow access to only us. The biometric verification is quick and efficient, but it is really secure, so there are no worries at all when it comes to security,I am quite impressed with how intuitive it is as it is snappy and fast. Also, the directions are laid out easily, and we can lay down as many emails, passwords we like and dedicate them to as many accounts we like, again, all our choice.

Pros :

  • Fast and highly secure and with the data being saved in our LAN, no one can access it over the internet.
  • the biometric verification eases the process of keeping them safe.
  • Great customer support too.
  • Just helped me move along, it was so intuitive.

Cons :

  • So far so good.

We were looking for an enterprise/business solution for password management that didn't break the bank. Keeper's solution fit the bill. andnbsp; The mobile apps are second to none (best we tested) and love that our users can use Keeper on their BYOD as well as on the desktop and via the WebApp. It works seamlessly synchronizing to every client app almost instantaneously. andnbsp; Most of the reviews here for Keeper are really outdated. Keeper has matured into a full-featured password manager that shines above the competition.

Pros :

  • Zero-Knowledge vault system. (SOC 2 Certified).
  • Available anywhere your users are (iOS, Android, MAC, Windows, Linus, browsers) and amazing sync'ing.
  • Active Directory integration.
  • SSO integration.
  • Break Glass recovery mechanism.
  • Role Enforcements to handle security concerns.
  • Teams for easy group sharing and least privilege sharing.
  • Configurable Delegated Admin Responsibilities.
  • Easy to use the vault.
  • Easy to manage the Admin Console.
  • 2FA integration.
  • App integration with Mobile Apps.

Cons :

  • Would be nice to have more reporting and notification options.
  • No Multi-tiered folders.
  • Would like more enforcement options such as selecting the specific 2FA method for the organization.

Keeper Backup Unlimited is perfectly poised to replace manual password management methods with ones that automate the process and encourage stronger passwords. Keeper enables an encrypted depository for all digital files, not just passwords. This password manager software is a strong contender and its customer service is second to none.

A few years ago,Keeper would've been great. Now it feels dated and clunky, with a few good ideas that don't justify the whole package.
