Microsoft OneDrive is 1TB of online cloud storage that's bundled with a Microsoft Office 365 subscription, which means that you get access to three of the most used software applications on a PC – Word, Excel and PowerPoint. While the download speed was far below average, the upload speed was exceptional. The lack of encryption at the server level is a concern, but the two-step verification option is an excellent feature.

OneDrive's low prices are perfect for people that want to focus mainly on syncing and accessing their files across their devices and on the web. However, we would not recommend this service to double as users' online backup solution. It is a great service for on-the-go files access, but if you run into a computer catastrophe like a crash or theft, you may find yourself unready to restore your system if OneDrive is your one-stop shop.

Google Drive and OneDrive , both are my favorite cloud storage services. I love Google Drive because its a service from Google and i love OneDrive because its owned by Microsoft. Like other popular cloud storage service providers, OneDrive will automatically save a backup copy of our files. We can save our files with whomever we want and whenever. One of the huge benefits of OneDrive is we can use Microsoft Office online for free with in the service.
Pros : Everyone will get 15 GB free while sign up for the account and will get a 3 GB camera bonus while you turn on auto uploading option through OneDrive apps for your mobile devices.
Cons : I heard that that some files can get altered when they are synced or uploaded to OneDrive.

I've been using OneDrive (formerly SkyDrive) for over a year now and it is my go-to cloud storage for all my files for work. It is the best value for storing file online and is easy to use. The desktop syncing is not great and has a lot of bugs, but it excels at keeping large files in the cloud for backup.
Pros : Great value! - $7.99 per month for 10TB of storage (soon to be unlimited) Dropbox-like interface. Large (10GB) file upload size. Easy to share files. Great built-in video player.
Cons : Desktop syncing app has a lot of bugs if you have a lot of files.

I have been using this for a couple of years now. I have tried dropbox but was not impressed. This app is VERY easy to use and manage. I have this set up as folders on my computer and also on my phone and other devices I own. The ability to be able to open things up and have them only really be in one location is nice. I like having the ability to make files available off line if I need to. This app has been very useful for my work life!
Pros : I love the ability to make files available off-line or ONLY online.
Cons : If you don't have things available off-line then you will not have access to them.
