Plaxo helps keep people connected by solving the common and frustrating problem of out-of-date contact information. Users and their contacts store their information on Plaxo’s servers. When a user edits their own information, the changes appear in the address books of all those who listed the user in their own address books.
Because contacts are stored in a central location, it’s possible to list connections between contacts and access the address book from anywhere.

Plaxo is a helpful address book solution for individuals and professionals. The paid subscription options may only be appealing to professionals who manage a large quantity of contacts that need to be updated at all times. Casual users can opt for the free account, which includes all the features needed to manage and retrieve friend and family contact information from any device with an internet connection. The service is nicely streamlined and gives the user a clean, organized environment to work in.

With Plaxo, you don’t have to work to keep everyone’s address updated: Every individual owner will do it for you. It’s an ingenious idea, and the only real problem with it is that not everyone uses it. If everyone did, imagine how simple it would be to stay in touch.

Jimdo makes it easy for novices to create a good-looking site quickly, but we can see little reason to pay for Pro rather than opting for the free version.
