Bidsketch is a no-brainer that will hopefully pay for itself almost immediately. If you or your business sends out at least a handful of proposals a month, Bidsketch is the newest tool in your belt, and one you’ll use frequently.

Despite its shortfalls, and there are some, I liked Bidsketch well enough to pull the trigger and offer up my credit card info so that I could keep using it. Templates and modular sections go a long way in reducing your writing time, knowing when, how long, and how often a prospective client views a proposal are good things to know, and electronic signatures with online approvals is a big plus.

The fact that they are actively looking for ways to help their customers as much as possible on every level – in addition to their awesome features and resources – makes me a done-and-done switcher

I found Bidsketch very easy to use and almost fun to fill out (and I hate paperwork!). And with the ability to customize your templates and add your own logos and stationery this tool will quickly pay for itself.
If you're not sure, try out the free version. By the time you get to more than 3 clients or proposals, you will probably find that the Premium version is worth the price.
