Trello offers an easy to use project management software that allows team members to collaborate easily on the same projects. It keeps track of each project's stages of production, sees what each member is up to, and what everyone is working on in real-time.
It is also a task management tool that provides you with a global vision of what needs to be done, what are the tasks in progress, and which ones are completed.
With Trello, you can create boards, organizations, cards, and lists to help you manage team collaboration more efficiently. Besides, everything is synchronized; any modification made on the projects is updated in real-time.

Trello offers a way to very quickly brainstorm and breakdown a project involving a small team. It's clean interface, easily web/mobile accessible, and simple features make it easy to get started.
Pros : Very visual and basic enough for anyone to understand. Simple but useful organizational project management features.
Cons : Limited use of advanced features such as control or administrations. Can get messy with larger teams or projects, but that's not really the intended use.

Trello Use Cases and Deployment ScopeTrello is used at all levels, and in numerous departments at my company. By allowing multiple users to share boards with each other - in real time, project tasks and meeting agendas can be continually updated. Some departments manage their staff meeting agendas with Trello; others use it for their check lists (think onboarding new employees or project tasks). I've also seen it manage special (non business) projects - like managing volunteers, supplies, and time slots for an extracurricular activity.
Pros : Real Time Updates - All viewers of a board are able to get updates when a change is made. Very helpful if a meeting agenda changes last minute - or a team member completes a project task that you were just about to dive into.Insert Files - its so easy to insert external files (Word Docs / PDFs / Excel; etc) into a Trello board.Ease of Use- since Trello is used so widely across my company, being easy to use / understand is critical. We have to train individuals on numerous things, but for T
Cons : Trello Gold - Doesnt seem to bring any value to me (and maybe I am missing something big here - but... ) Adding stickers or changing backgrounds is not of importance to me... Even if I am in it every day.

Trello is a fun and highly visual online tool that helps teams collaborate and keep track of projects using kanban-style management. You can bend this flexible tool to your will, but it's less powerful than other project management applications.
