I have been using QuickBase for over 2 and 1/2 years. In that time I have come to grow and love the solution. It is very easy to use and customize and the reporting is top notch!
Pros : I love the powerful reporting and the ease of use.
Cons : I don't believe there are any cons at this time.
Quickbase is a very user friendly application. I have used in two process applications for my company. It doesn't require special advanced Software skills. It is very straight and simple.
Pros : The customer support team is very effective. If I have a question and ask the online support, I would get a reply within less than a day and they are most of the time with answers.
Cons : I would suggest a bit improved notification lists. Multiple email ids for remainders, a sent box for tracking etc.
I love that QuickBase allows me to customize my applications as much as I need to. Templates are a great place to start learning about how applications are designed on the back end.
Pros : Can access all my applications from anywhere. Powerful reporting.
Cons : Access on a mobile device could use some work.

QuickBase Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe use it in each department for different purposes, in accounting and in production management. It allows us to keep productions flowing and share information on the status of each piece. It helps us to capture various kinds of information pertinent to the client. This helps us grow and create sustainability.
Pros : Amazing customer serviceCustomizable optionsDocumentation of dataEasy creation, access and review of reports
Cons : The actual look is a bit antiquated which makes it difficult; the interface / graphics should be upgraded

QuickBase Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe use QuickBase to screen and track all instructional applicants on the front end of our selection process. Myself and another recruiter do the initial screen, and then school leaders/hiring managers are brought in to view a candidate's profile. We also use QuickBase to collect data points on candidates throughout the process and capture our phone screen notes during the initial interview.
Pros : Customizable featuresCustomer serviceUser experience is very straightforwardEliminates clicks- get to where you need to be quickly
Cons : Allow candidates to upload any and all documents on front endEliminate the middle man- customer service is great, but why not let the user edit/develop the appCandidate communication- allow for direct communication to candidates via QuickBase

QuickBase Use Cases and Deployment ScopeQuickBase is being used extensively in our Center for Social Research on many community and internal research projects as well as in the Provost Office for the Division for Academic Affairs. I have created more than 45 applications, integrated into our own website, in order to improve process flow and data collection for both staff and faculty. The business problem it addresses is lack of IT ability to design and collect said data.
Pros : Database design and collection, as well as reporting functions are great for the non-IT person to create. Before we had QuickBase, all data collection and storage was done with Microsoft Excel with no way to integrate into our website.Love the API calls that bring up immediate/searchable information for our internal and external professional faculty and researchers across the globe. The versatality of the system even allows me to create on-demand RSVP forms for event planning, calendar creation,
Cons : New pricing structure is concerning with our non-profit institution.I would like more advanced training offered on webinars as well as other training opportunities that are more affordable.I'd like QuickBase to contact our IT department to convince them to support our use of their product. Right now there are only two departments that use QB extensively.I would like an opportunity to work for QB to create a new niche and programs within higher education. With what I've developed for us, I'm alre
