Our development team was fed up with flooded email tools like Outlook and we wanted something better and organized. Proofhub is a perfect blend of features that every team needs; it adds to our smart work!
Great tool that speeds up our projects We've been using Wrike just for a couple of months, but it’s already obvious that our work has become faster and easier. To put it simply, with Wrike we can always keep track of who does what at any given moment on any of our projects. So can our clients: when necessary, we invite them as collaborators, and they can see the project status. As most of our projects have a huge design component , we also love Wrike’s capabilities for working with visuals: picture previews in tasks, adding images right in task descriptions and sharing files from Dropbox, which we also use a lot. If you want a flexible, all-in-one project management solution, then Wrike is definitely the way to go.

This particular PM tool can address the problem about the inefficiency of email, and provide an alternative but secure in-browser chat that improves communication. It also has its own proofing tool that expedites feedback and improves productivity, and a file management system that provides the entire history including every side note about a particular document, project, or client. And lastly, it is very easy to use just like email, with all the important data stored in a centralized place that can be accessed wherever and whenever.More about ProofHub

RationalPlan does project management right. It has enough features to fit within the comprehensive project management software category. As it name implies, RationalPlan is a very "Rational" approach to project management, not more not less.If you are looking for a cost effective option that can grow with your organization as you see fit, you should consider RationalPlan in your list of potential software options, specially if you are running away from the complexities of Microsoft Project or not ready yet to commit to an online software option (monthly subscription plan).More about RationalPlan

Rational Plan contains too many features that I didn’t find much use for and it is one of the most cumbersome programs I’ve tried. I wouldn’t recommend it for the average user.More about RationalPlan
