Our development team was fed up with flooded email tools like Outlook and we wanted something better and organized. Proofhub is a perfect blend of features that every team needs; it adds to our smart work!
Great tool that speeds up our projects We've been using Wrike just for a couple of months, but it’s already obvious that our work has become faster and easier. To put it simply, with Wrike we can always keep track of who does what at any given moment on any of our projects. So can our clients: when necessary, we invite them as collaborators, and they can see the project status. As most of our projects have a huge design component , we also love Wrike’s capabilities for working with visuals: picture previews in tasks, adding images right in task descriptions and sharing files from Dropbox, which we also use a lot. If you want a flexible, all-in-one project management solution, then Wrike is definitely the way to go.
We used PODIO before, but configuring it to our needs was a lot of work as we did not know how to get the max benefit out of it. Perhaps if you'd get a one-to-one session with them on the configuration stage, things would go much faster.
Pros : 100% customizable, perhaps to any of your need, a lot of apps available
Cons : Hard to configure it to some "best usage" in your own field. It's doable, but it takes you a lot of time than any out of the box tool that is doing a similar job.

This particular PM tool can address the problem about the inefficiency of email, and provide an alternative but secure in-browser chat that improves communication. It also has its own proofing tool that expedites feedback and improves productivity, and a file management system that provides the entire history including every side note about a particular document, project, or client. And lastly, it is very easy to use just like email, with all the important data stored in a centralized place that can be accessed wherever and whenever.More about ProofHub

HyperOffice has more than earned a seat at the table for VARs discussing cloud-based collaboration with customers, and it provides a solution that the CRN Test Center is happy to recommend.More about HyperOffice

No one loves apps more than we do as a tool for improving your productivity and making life easier. Podio will mean that I can roll up what I am doing in Trello, Zoho, CRM and Producteev into one product and at my level of business it is currently free. That is awesome. I don't think I've ever been happier. It's that good I would consider paying for it, even though its free.More about Podio

Quite simply, Hyperoffice does not function in a Mac environment. We've spent almost a year and a half of a three-year contract (prepaid in full to get a discounted rate) attempting to get the promised functionalities working. Many if not most were never achieved. In retrospect, we are now out several thousand dollars, together with the value of countless hours lost in frustration, attempting to run an efficient business. Support personnel were well intentioned, but clearly could not follow through on promises made by the sales side. There has never been any admission of responsibility for the shortcomings of the product or our resulting losses. All efforts at reaching a reasonable resolution to get some of our money back were met with a stunning and total silence.More about HyperOffice

I've been using Podio almost since it was an startup. It was great to use it as a internal communication tool,.... however, if you need to go further on the project management and knowledge, or many other uses.. it gets complicated and limited. The way it's built allows for a lot of uses and applications, but none of them is the main purpose the application is built for, ... so in some part you will face the limitations.More about Podio
