Mavenlink is a great project management tool. I've used over 5 project management tools and Mavenlink was one of the most intuitive platforms. It took me a few days to fully understand how to use all of the features, however after diving into the platform, it was extremely easy to use. The team and clients were pleased with the communication and the way deliverables were submitted within the platform. I have successfully managed and completed over 50 projects within Mavenlink.
I've used Ganttic in a support role for around three years now. As a function we probably don't use it to anywhere near its full potential, it mainly acts as a visual tool for workload planning within our Creative functions. We duplicate the high-level tasks from our workflow software and put them into Ganttic along with any staff absences to give us a quick reference for resourcing and availability.Ganttic is very straightforward to use, with different views and categories, and entering new tasks is as simple as dragging along the timeline to create a new entry. We have ours split down into functions, such as Creative, Publishing, etc, and then each type of project is colour-coded, e.g. direct mail, website fix and so on. Lots of opportunities for simple customization which you can do yourself, adding additional fields, categories, project numbers and so on. A Future development I'd like to see would be the ability to import projects from different software, such as MS Project.andnbsp;
When you first see the Liquid Planner interface, it can be overwhelming. There are so many options, and each feature has its own little icon (similar to Microsoft Word), and so it takes some time to wrap your head around. But, once you take some time to go into the features and start creating projects and tasks, it starts to sink in how unexpectedly user-friendly it can be.

Mavenlink is an impressive application and very similar to Smartsheet, with a very short learning curve its an extremely powerful project management tool for business users. Its existing set of features are worthy of a trial for new users or even for those who are looking for an efficient project or task management solution.More about Mavenlink

The greatest asset for Ganttic is that it can be applied to manage people, as well as machines, meeting rooms or anything else you may need. Because of the real time updates, team schedules can be implemented and changed by all team members, thus freeing managers for other jobs. Because of the synchronization possibility with Google Calendar, Ganttic proves to be a very flexible solution for resource and project management. As for personal use, Ganttic can be used in any personal project where management of more than one resource is required.More about Ganttic

We used Mavenlink for a few months. We didn't like it. We were conned into thinking there was a feature but there wasn't. This caused problems for our Company. We were never given an apology or a refund.More about Mavenlink

Liquid Planner isn't like other project management software: it's much, much harder to use and has more features than anything I have ever seen out there. This comes at a price—usability is a huge issue with Liquid Planner. Learning it is hard. Using it is hard. Sticking with it is possibly even harder. Online project management became so popular because it was easy. Liquid Planner, on the other hand, wins first place in the category "hardly usable". If you need extra features in terms of project estimates, and want to use it to bill people and kep all of your company's workload under control, then yes, it does make sense.More about LiquidPlanner
