Get It Done is not very popular task manager. Most likely you haven't heard about it yet. However, you may give it a chance, because the service is feature-rich and handy. If you are the fan of Getting Things Done time management method by David Allen and looking for the way to keep your tasks organized you may definitely give it a try. There is a web app and also the apps for Android and iOS. The main functionality is associated with the web service. There are tasks that are organized into the projects, the reminder that helps not to forget about recurring tasks, the tags for organizing tasks in more flexible way. Among the other features that are worth mentioning, there are tasks delegating to the colleagues and printable lists generating. You can also add notes to tasks and even attach the files. They are stored in the Get It Done account and could be accessed from any computer. The mobile apps functionality is basic, but there is one pleasant feature — you may assign a specific icon to the each category. For example for Personal category the icon of a beer mug can be chosen, and for the Work category you can try the Apple icon. The icon set is quite large, there are plenty of them to choose from. The other useful mobile feature is the task priority assignment. There are three gradations displayed in the form of stars. Three stars mean the highest priority and one means the lowest. Unfortunately, there is no sorting by priority. You can sort the tasks only by date (you can see all tasks for any given day) and by category. There is also the Statistics option. Here it is possible to see all completed, overdue and planned tasks in the chart.

    Pros :

    • Simple but feature rich to do for the popular time-management method.
    • Tasks delegating.

    Cons :

    • No free version.
