    Sendpulse is a good smtp product but it has its own issues and hope they have resolved the issue.

    Once you talk to top management, your issues are resolved faster than when you talk to customer care who tell you to go to look for solutions on your own

    Pros : Good product if your e-mail list is clean.

    Cons : On google mail it goes to spam folder at once

    I'm really happy with SendPulse: Push Notification service is very well designed, effective and fast. Email service as well, is one of the most performing I have ever tested.

    And their support is fast and reactive.

    Can't find the right words to describe how amazing is the service! The Email Service that they provide is ALL in ONE.

    I would love to give a 10 Thumbs Up for the developer, 10 Thumbs Up for the Email service plus 10 Thumbs up for the Customer Support who are very friendly and caring kind of agents. Love them so much!!!!

    Sendpulse tech support assistance is not for amateurs, you need to be a PRO if you want to set DKIM and SPF records properly, because the Sendpulse tech support people Won´t help you.

    Even also you need to have an expensive web server plan in order to get the amount of help you will need, by this side, in order to accomplish this task trying to set DKIM and SPF records properly. Even and suppossing you will get the necessary help by your server tech support, the guidelines Senpulse provides is so vague and confussing, that it make it nearly impossible for a techi to help you.

    I subscribed and paid an entire year of a SMTP plan. Before to subscribed and paid I was to be sure and made to the sales representative the following question:

    do you think it will be easy for me to set the SPF and DKIM records, I´m not a PRO?

    and the sales representative answer positiveily to me:

    Yes, other users do it, we can help you if you will need our support.

    Confident because my doubt was clarified positively, I made the payment, trusting on their promise.

    But that doesn´tandnbsp; be true. In fact it was a nightmare. I wasted my time and energy whithout any help and result, ticket after ticket. Even I wasted the time and energy of my server tech support, day after day, trying in a vain attempt to accomplish this task

    You will crash to the wall, wasting your time and energy, day after day whithout receiving the right attention and specific, detailled information by Sendpulse on this important subject.

    They even are not willingly eager to accept your suggestions, they really don´t mind your problems.

    All the sending emails reputation depends on the right settings of this DKIM and SPF records, but if you don´t know how to set them properly, or if you set them with errors, everything will be spoilled .

    Because of that I´m very frustrated and dissapointed and I requested my money back.

    I can not speak about the effectiveness of their system, because now I´m entangled on this settings, and I don´t have any experience.yet


    Pros :

    - No one yet, because of the bad support I have no experience yet.

    - Good prices but I don´t know yet the efectiveness

    - Web push offering, if it work as they promissed, it will be a nice emarketing tool

    - Resend emails to the unopened, but I don´t have experienced to talk about

    Cons :

    - Very bad and poor tech support. Their representatives don´t master how to set DKIM and SPF records on CPanel, and don´t have a service attitude. They even don´t have the initiative to refer to another experienced fellow or manager when they don´t know the answer. They don´t mind

    - They are not willingly eager to accept any sugestion

    - Very poor and confussing documentation, help manuals

    - There is not a supervision department, they let customers alone, because of that they never have feedback

    - Sales representatives promiss what they can not accomplish

    I own an online store and have been using the SendPulse’s services for 8 months now. I’m very happy to work with them because they’ve given my company excellent delivery and open rate, 24-hour support and very affordable prices. They’ve provided us with an easy to work e-mail editor and have some very nice ready-to-use templates too. Before SendPulse, we worked with MailChimp but now I know that I’ve made good decision with shifting them. I highly recommend SendPulse.

    Sendpulse is a great email/marketing company and is one of the most accessible and easily-navigated companies that I have been with. I own a small business in Milan, Italy but work internationally and Sendpulse is great with segmentation. It helps me divide up my emails and subscriptions into different countries. The mobile app is also great when I am on the go. Sendpulse is a very helpful and useful company to have as a business owner. I would recommend to all.

    I am new to sendpluse, but already I can say this company has a future.

    Pros : A very good assistance, we will almost feel in a 7 star hotel or restaurant, where every little detail is taken into account to satisfy you. Bravo!
