Pinpointe is something of a niche product. If you’re a small business looking to send out a couple newsletters each year along with the occasional coupon offer, Pinpointe is simply not for you. You’d be better off with just about any of its competitors. But if you’re an experienced looking for a highly customizable tool that can help you automate a lot of your marketing tasks, Pinpointe is worth your consideration.

All in all, Pinpointe offers a comprehensive list of features for their users, giving even small businesses access to tools that their larger competitors take for granted. Although It has some great tools and training materials but its customer service was disappointing.
