    Google Adsense has captured the largest market share in terms of contextual and cost per click, cost per impression based advertising. There are others who are in the industry for over a decade now, and there is where Bidvertiser names prop up. Started way back in 2003, it has its prominent place in the market for contextual advertising. There are no ground rules for registering with Bidvertiser, unless and until you decide that you are not going to post advertisements on websites or blogs with prohibited contents (adult or mature content) then you should be fine advertising using Bidvertiser.

    Pros :

    • One of the key aspects for the publisher about Bidvertiser is its payment threshold. The minimum payout amount is $10 only for ones wanting to take the payment in PayPal account, and it is US $50 for one wishing to take a check.
    • This is way better than other advertising platforms which have higher threshold limits, like in AdSense it is $100 limit.
    • One of the unique selling propositions of Bidvertiser is easy and quick setup of account. For a Bidvertiser user who refers a publisher, if the publisher whom he/she has referred to earns $10then the person who referred gets $10 credited in his/her account.
    • Similarly, if the referred person earns $50 then the person who referred gets $40 credited in his/her account.

    Cons :

    • One of the bottlenecks or limitations I would say about Bidvertiser is, since it is not a big player in the market, so the advertisers it has also been limited, which means that there would be time where in your website or blogs may not always display advertisements, or even if it displays it may not always be matching to the contents of your website.
    • So monetization tends to be difficult in such a case. Some of the advertisements displayed would be completely out of context, hence getting revenue out of your target audience wouldn't be that easy.
