  • I have been using the Velocify even before they were Velocify, back then it was called Leads360. I have to admit when it comes to dialing and smiling this is best choice hands down ...or up. :-]

    Pros : So let's be honest here, everyone needs sales and there's no shortage of sales CRM's. Velocify has a very user friendly interface that is a fantastic and advantageous when training new salesman.

    Cons : I really don't have anything negative to comment necessarily. The only thing I would say is the lack of iOS integration.

    Velocify had all of the features on it that I wanted so badly to work and integrate with daily activity, but implementation was choppy and functionality, in the end, didn't live up to the hype. It has so much potential, but needs to be developed further before being the powerhouse is portrays itself to be. I would fully give this software another chance within our organization if they increased the functionality of the client-side program and allowed for better integration with customized mapped fields within a particular instance of Salesforce.

    Pros :

    • -The "click-to-call" feature is effective and proves to be easy to use, but beyond that functionality, the use of the software is relatively limited and, unfortunately, doesn't look to be improving anytime soon.
    • You are ensured to be notified a contact is interacting with your contact, and IF you are able to react quickly, you will increase the rate at reach contacts following the interaction.

    Cons :

    • I feel as if entering notes and recording call results as I make my daily calls is a duplication of my efforts I already input in Salesforce, as I am often required to go back and change the call results to accurately reflect our metrics and various ways of entering data which isn't able to be mapped the way I want them to in Velocify.
    • I was not able to come to a satisfactory solution with the support team at Velocify, although they did make the effort. It was just beyond their capabilities at present to map customized fields in Salesforce.
    • While this is powerful, you have to find the delicate balance of how soon is too soon, as the fact that you’ve called a prospect seconds from them interacting with the website or triggers you set up can be off-putting and prove detrimental to your credibility as an organization.
    • I would think that a company was pretty desperate for business if the second I viewed their website, they immediately picked me off and called me before the page has loaded.

    Velocify Review: Ease-of-use--If the system is set up correctly, it is very easy to use. Less is more in the initial setup. There can be a lot of moving parts behind the scenes that have causal effects. A well-thought-out strategy for using Velocify is needed upfront. Functionality--The system is feature-rich. Most companies don't use all the features provided effectively. Product Quality--In my opinion, Velocify is the Cadillac of the lead management space. The company regularly enhances the product features. Customer Support--Only because others have said that support is lacking. Likes Best--I have been an administrator on this system since 2005. I have used the system at a high level longer than anyone in the U.S. Top product features: - Totally customizable to any industry or work flow - Shotgun connect (increases speed to call), Pull Distribution (leads can be shared) - Click to Dial (increases calls made by users) - Lead Prioritization (management sets criteria for which leads are priority) - Reporting (various canned and ad hoc reports) - Status specific and smart drip email - Ease of use (ramp up time for users 2-5 days) - Blast email capability - Local caller ID (customer sees local area code on caller ID) - Lead distribution (granular lead distribution capability) - Calendar Events - Pre-recorded voice mail messages -Many other features Likes Least--While I personally have not had an issue with customer support, I have heard that some companies have had issues. Recommendations--Dream big about your needs. The system can be a game changer for your company if it is set up and used properly.
