SpamFighter solves what a lot of people hate. No not vegetables but spam mail! Spamfighter can diagnose PC issues, making your computer go faster and prevent you from getting all that pesky jump mail that you may or may not have even signed up for yet! I spent a few minutes deciding when was the worst era of spam mail. About 10-15 years ago there were not that many "spam fighting" software solutions and the tech companies were really just starting to book. But now people are smarter, Outlook is much better and allowing its users to block emails out. I just block everything and every sender from what I don't need. Other emails that have been open for 15 years are much different, though :)
Pros : One of my favorite things about SpamFighter is that you can use it on your PC and Mac. I have a PC for my work and my mom's computer, and then I have a Mac that I use for myself, and my wife uses it for her email too.Spamfighter blocks almost each spam email and very rarely messed up by slipping in something that will annoy you. It is free, so that is always good!
Cons : What I think aggravates most people is that insert ad footer at the bottom of your emails that tells everyone you are using it. Honestly, that may not be a big deal for some, but many people have spent a long time on their email signatures, and they don't want their spam filter to make their email look "spammy" and that is kind of ironic! Some say you may not need this because what I do in my Outlook is I just block every single email that comes in that is not for work.Also, as a quick tip what I do is to make a different email for junk/advertisement/sign up things you do for companies or promotion. I also many an email that I just give for serious purposes that I know when I get an email then it is for something important!

I been a customer for a week and the user sign up is very flacky at best. My users can sign up to submit a ticket so it's been pretty much useless at this point. I have mentioned this several times and submitted tickets to the company's helpdesk. They seem to get back but always ends up as they are looking into the issue and they close out the ticket like it's fixed. One week later I still having issues. If problem still occurs I will mostly cancel within the next few days.More about Freshservice
