This program has been great for our small non-profit organization. Easy access for all levels of users. We were doing paper copies of timesheets before and now are able to completely scrap this. Great for our bottom line and for the environment.
Pros : Customer support was fantastic. Easy access. Banked time feature worked fantastically. Audit function has been useful at tracking every step and submission.
Cons : Wish there was a way for users to see when banked time is pending approval. A pre-made training program for staff would be helpful. I made this program up myself, but having a standardized program would have saved a lot of time.
