What we liked: • Catch the Best users don’t have to worry about resumes clogging their inbox• Managers can review resumes on their own time, not necessarily as they get emailed in• Current employees can rank and comment on resumes, giving managers a heads up about any special candidates• Resumes can be archived and referred back to for another job opening in the future What we didn’t like: • Companies that already pay to post openings on popular job boards might be hesitant to pay even more money when hiring new employeesMore about Catch the Best

Firefish is best suited to recruitment agencies from start-up to c.100 recruiters. As an agency owner, I am especially impressed with the recruiter management, monitoring and tracking tools that are essential to anyone supervising the activities of multiple recruiters in multiple locations. Whilst payroll is not included within Firefish, this solution is well suited to permanent and professional contractor recruitment.More about Firefish Software
