Does an excellent job of tracking and breaking down billable hours for my work. Subliminally, it also helps to keep me focused and on task because I know that it is being tracked
Pros : I'm able to log in my hours and describe what I have been working on so I don't have to worry about writing it down anywhere. It is extremely easy to use even for nontechnical people they really tried to make the product simple and useful.
Cons : The pricing scheme isn't very flexible for casual freelance developers but for the agency setting it works perfectly.
Harvest is one of the best online billing services we have seen for time- and project-based billing. Harvest can help you manage both billable and non-billable expenses across multiple projects. You will have the ability to assign employees and contractors to projects and track their progress against budgeted hours in real time.

Harvest seems to me to be a reasonably good solution for businesses which rely heavily on time tracking and want to bundle their time tracking and invoicing solutions. It will be particularly handy for freelancers and small companies which need to track time and expenses based on projects and tasks. While Harvest bills itself as time tracking software, it has reasonably good invoice and estimate support – better than some invoicing software.
