Lucidchart is a great way to capture projects into one page and make them clear for your teams / departments. Personally I do not use the collaboration tool, but I use it for myself when I start new projects and need to present them.
Pros : - Easy to use to draft out projects. - Affordable for the purpose of the software.
Cons : - Could definitely use an application on iOS or Android to draft projects on the go. - Big focus on IT and web related projects which translates in the symbols and icons to use. Could use more different icons for traditional project management as well.

Lucidchart is an easy-to use, diagramming application for the Web and has a minimal learning curve. Lucidchart offers useful features such as importing Visio and OmniGraffle files, integration with Google Docs and Google Drive, an offline mode, and excellent collaboration support through chat and video.

What do you dislike?
Not as easy to align & evenly space elements as Microsoft Visio. Has a few odd quirks with Google Drive integration.
