uCoz is not the simple CMS. It is a powerful online builder for websites creating along with the hosting. You do not need to install and configure the engine, everything is already done for you. Your task is to create a website visually and fill it with content. At the moment, the users have created more than one million sites with uCoz. The user is offered to build the website using the modules. There are three basic modules (Users, Site Search, Page Editor), and more 20 can be connected in the admin panel. There are also site news, articles directory, photo albums, videos, email forms, SEO module, stats, blog, Bulletin Board, forum, polls, online store and many other modules. uCoz modules can be used together to create a full featured website, or separately, e.g. as a blog platform, online store, etc. The each module is full features. This means that while using it, you are unlikely to have a thought like "but it would be possible to do like that!". Any uCoz template can be edited manually. There is a template designer where you may edit CSS/HTML or even draw a design from scratch. The value of all blocks are signed and described, so even with minimal knowledge of these languages, there should be no problems. There is even a visual editor for individual units. It is not as beautiful and easy as, say, uKit, but it is still able to perform its functions. Of course, you can import any of your code in the body of the website. Or replace the individual sections of the template code.
I think Adobe Dreamweaver is the best software you can find for writing codes. You can customize your website and choose the best for it, watching it during your modifications to the code. In fact, as you can see, it has got two sides: the first one is used for writing your codes, the other one is used for the preview. As a graphic designer, it happened to me to use it for some projects of mine, to create the website for some clients, and I have to say it's very easy and complete. I'm not a developer, so at first, I was worried I couldn't learn how to use it, but thanks to some basic tutorial, it's been very helpful to learn Dreamweaver and some of its shortcuts, so I totally recommend it if you are a beginner. Now I use Adobe Dreamweaver every time I have to create websites, all in short timelines.
Weebly is a very easy to website builder, and I used it to create an e-commerce site, and I helped to build a yoga studio website with it as well. My daughter, at the age of 9, created her Weebly site with no assistance from me, which speaks to how intuitive the tool is. The designs and layouts are easy enough to modify to create the look you want, though there are limitations to the template formats. As an e-commerce site, I do like the logical layout of the store information, and I like how easy it is to add coupons, freight rules, taxes, and other order necessary features/content. The transaction fees for credit card purchases are pretty reasonable and am glad to say that our site has been profitable with little extra work required. An inexpensive ($96/year) live chat feature is available as an app to add to the site, and it has helped me close a few sales as well as learn what products I needed to add to the website (was able to add the product while chatting with the customer).
Dreamweaver was the way to go 10 years ago, but today with the plethora of Free and Open Source alternatives, this software is struggling to keep up with the competition. The interface has never been updated, an FTP configuration is hidden behind too many click, and all the pre-made built-in code snippets, that should be useful, are just heavy libraries of legacy code confusing if you're a beginner. The only positive thing that this software does is the Live Preview, but also that section looks buggy.Overall this software is behind even compared to Adobe Brackets, the Open Source IDE from the same developers.

uCoz website builder has both benefits and disadvantages, yet the former definitely outnumber the latter. What I like most of all about this particular web service is that it provides you with complete freedom, as you get direct access to your site’s code. This is to say that it offers everything to build an exceptional, multifunctional website.More about uCoz

It’s pretty clear that when it comes to abilities, Dreamweaver is probably the best web design software that you can find. But if you’re not a professional or don’t have serious intentions of creating a website with high expectations, then it’s better to just look for a simpler and easier to use alternative instead.More about Dreamweaver CC
