Except for the fact that the navigation is not so user-friendly, the price and the features offered by the live chat system of Velaro.com is excellent. In fact, it ranked second in online reviews for the top ten best live chat support software. If value for your money and an asset to your business is what you are looking for, the Velaro Live Chat system is just the thing for you.

It is pretty hard to find a good reason to use Live2Support. It does have a lot of features but compared to other providers it feels clunky and outdated. It definitely is not very fun to use; just an example: even accepting a chat request is confusing. You have to click the IP address of the user. Not very intuitive.
