What do you like best?Facility to parametrize the product, SLA, Portal, Business rules, all is done using graphic interface, and it is easy to adapt to business change. One of the reasons I find OneDesk unique is that it focuses on the front end more than a PLM system, but also provides more execution capabilities than most idea management software.
