  • The top app that I'm building into our next website

    I've used LiveChat for my small business for about 4-5 years now. My favorite thing, aside from it being the *best* chat program I've ever worked with (and I've tried several), is that as they've grown, I've never felt frustrated. Each new thing they add or tweak really shows a stronger product. Thank you, team LiveChat!

    You've got to get it!

    If you have a business, and you have a website then you need this! Livechat was the missing link to our customer service and we have had nothing but positive response from our customers! On top of that, they send out regular tips and tricks to better use their service and it's so incredibly helpful! I couldn't imagine not using LiveChat at this point - it's a part of who we are now, and the customer service that we offer.

    Pros : Regular Tips and Tricks Great Customer Service from the LiveChat team Customisable to fit our culture and needs!

    Cons : I haven't found any yet - seriously!

    Great product

    LiveChat was our long time idea but we were not able to find suitable version. This one is very easy to use, we use on computers and cell phones on the same time - you went to kitchen to have a coffee and still have chat with real time customers. We were able to switch immediately to another agent if one is stack with an answer, we can find in archive any information - even when you in a cottage you will be able to talk to your customers and find their 1 YEAR OLD conversation with other agent. It helps us to be DIFFERENT in a market! Great product if you like your customers and if you like what you do!

  • LiveChat Inc. is one of the products we thoroughly enjoyed reviewing. It just works really well and is fun to use. We were also surprised that compared to ClickDesk, which we had on our site before, the number of chat requests skyrocketed. Even though we used the same setup (automatic trigger after 3 minutes).

  • Great product

    What do you like best?

    It's easy to transfer conversations within the different departments of our company. Some customers will ask Customer Service questions that we are unable to answer and the chat can be quickly transferred to our sales team.

    What do you dislike?

    I do not like that it times out after five minutes. I can definitely see how this could benefit other companies who use live chat but for Quarles, sometimes it is not enough time for our customers. For example, to answer a customers questions we may have to call the credit department, explain the situation, have them look at the account, provide us an answer, and then us type the answer to the customer.

    Recommendations to others considering the product

    It's a great way to stay in contact with customers. As said before, it's very easy to transfer conversations to different departments without the customer having to do anything different.

    What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

    Live Chat allows another way for our customers to reach out to us. Some customers would prefer to communicate over the computer rather than over the phone due to multiple reasons. Live Chat provides a more instant connection between the customer and the company than sending emails back and forth.

    Helped us Generate Leads via Greetings Feature

    What do you like best?

    Following features I loved:

    1) Greetings: I have set up almost 15 greetings on the website. We have different services and I want to make sure that If a users spends good amount of time understanding it, I ask him if he would like to talk with us. A prompt invitation has helped us generate leads.

    2) Ability to ask for names and emails before the chat start - most of the time, people are reluctant to share their emails, but when asked upfront by software they are happy to give. This allows us to stay in touch with the customers.

    What do you dislike?

    I am not sure about this. But may be if they can offer more designs for their chat box, would be fantastic.

    Recommendations to others considering the product

    They have a free trial, start using it with greetings and see the magic.

    What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

    We started using it generate leads for our business. Using the greetings features, we were getting in touch with users who wanted to learn more about our services.

    LiveChat in Call Center Atmosphere/Customer Service Capacity

    What do you like best?

    The accessibility and variety are two things I enjoy the most. It can be accessed anywhere with internet. It can also be logged on by multiple users simultaneously. By variety, I mean there are many customization options available in the software. I have yet to explore a lot of them, but I know they're there just by my few navigational trips around the software to explore.

    What do you dislike?

    I don't particularly dislike anything. I think the minor things that I could say that I dislike, I actually couldn't. Because if I really wanted to I could customize the software to change those small features. I just haven't yet as nothing is that big of a deal.

    Recommendations to others considering the product

    If you're looking for a software that will allow customers to chat in via website and speak with a live person in your organization, LiveChat is a great software to use!

    We use the software as a way for our customers to chat in with customer service reps in order to ask questions, pay bills, place orders, etc.

  • As a real-time chat software solution, LiveChat is certainly a good and certainly one of the most cost-effective solutions available in the market today. So, if you are looking for an easy and effective solution for leveraging live chats to the benefit of your business then the LiveChat software certainly comes highly recommended.

  • LiveChat has some of the industry’s best tools, live help features, capabilities, and functions. Using the chat as an administrator was easy and very helpful. The reports gave me information that really helped me improve my site and keep customers returning. LiveChat’s website was really helpful with plenty of information for getting the most out of the software, but the actual live chat support abilities were unrivalled. I strongly recommend this to anyone who runs an ecommerce site that includes those who already have live chat. LiveChat is worth switching to due to its advanced features, great price, and high reliability.
