Besides that it provides personalized deployment services, 24/7 support and best data security

Pros :

Call back service and co browsing facilities of the application helps the customer to complete the purchase. Visitor chat window can become the brand ambassador and brand spokesperson. Live chat also reflects upon the organization culture. Canned Response helps in providing the uniformity in the responses and makes them more efficient and effective.  When it comes to instant messaging the majority thinks of Skype at first. But this software has a lot of disadvantages, the main of which is the lack of security. Well, if your team needs the secure communication environment, Campfire is the great choice. This chat is designed primarily for the teams. If your group is no more than four people, you can use Campfire for free. Free account gives an opportunity to store up to 10 Mb if files in the chat. For bigger teams, there are premium plans with more storage and conference calling feature. Campfire is the web based chat, so there is no need to install the additional software, just the browser is OK. There is the official app for the iOS and a lot of third-party apps for the Android and Windows Phone. The security is in the first place here. To begin chatting the registered user has to create the room that is protected with the password. The room owner can decide whom to invite and who can see which rooms. All data is transferred using the HTTPS protocol. Premium and Plus accounts also include SSL security. The iPhone app has the basic features and helps to keep an eye on what's going on even on the go. It shows all the rooms the user has access to and gives the opportunity to see how many people are in every room. It can also remember the last room the user entered and immediately take him to it. The notifications about new messages can be turned on or off.

Pros :

It’s not perfect—most notably the lack of new message alerting and transcribe downloading—and, sure, you’ll have to force some conversations back on track, but you’ll be able to have fun and get work done at the same time in a safe environment. 37signals knows business.

It is pretty hard to find a good reason to use Live2Support. It does have a lot of features but compared to other providers it feels clunky and outdated. It definitely is not very fun to use; just an example: even accepting a chat request is confusing. You have to click the IP address of the user. Not very intuitive.
