  • it’s a great service and a nice way to keep track of what happens with the emails that your company sends. It’s our first 5/5 rating here on TNW Apps, because we think that Nicereply is doing something right.

    Works nice with OTRS helpdesk

    Nicereply is a simple but complex application. We use it for 2 months now. I can tell that is better to put the link to rating page in front of email signature. We had it first inside signature and no customers did rate our emails. Then we put it in front of signature and we are receiving many ratings now. We use it as motivation for our helpdesk operators. We even made part of their salary dependent on their overall rating.

    Pros : Simplicity. Easy to integrate with helpdesk system. Statistics.

  • Nicereply is a great app in terms of its design, usability and ability to accomplish its advertised goal. It really couldn’t be easier to implement and use but, along with its extreme simplicity comes a tradeoff; it's missing additional features that wouldn't necessarily complicate the app much further but would add some helpful power and flexibility for users. Nicereply's pricing seems competitive, although a lower level option would likely make the app more appealing to smaller teams of one or two people. It would also seem fitting considering the app's simplicity.

    If you need straight forward and dead simple feedback for your email communications, Nicereply is definitely an app you’ll want to try. For the more technically enabled users, Nicereply does offer an API so you can integrate it into your projects, a nice feature indeed.I’ve chosen to go with an app rating of 8/10 for Nicereply, not because the app is poor but because the app has potential I don’t think it’s quite living up to just yet. I encourage you to give it a try as it may be exactly what you’re looking for.

  • NiceReply is an application that can get you that answer, by providing an outlet for customers to actually rate and comment on the email responses they get from your company. For businesses that have ever gotten complaints about unprofessional emails communications coming from certain employees, NiceReply can help pinpoint the source of the problem without having to comb through archived messages in search of the rude email in question.

  • Nicereply helps you reply faster and better by allowing recipients to rate emails and letting you track friendliness over time as well as among team members. Easy to set up and use, Nicereply does not connect submissions to individual emails (though it can link them to a ticketing system's issues) and could offer more options for the feedback form.

  • Nicereply's basic idea is good, because you want to effectively manage a system, in this case Helpdesk, you must monitor it and collect data about it, but Nicereply provides that only partially. Also its poorly secured.

    The best place for Nicereply is in a small and agile Cloud helpdesk like ZenDesk, FreshDesk or Assistly, because the bigger one, specially ITIL based, have their own tools for this. But again if you have just few agents, for ex. 10, you must pay 50 bucks, so this thumb up/down information cost $5 per agent every month and it is up to you if is really worth it.
