  • Comm100 ProsWe have a LiveChat icon on the website, so users can easily contact us for instant support.Previously, we had to use email as the main contact channel. By using LiveChat, we found the conversation rate improved a lot, as customers are happier to get instant support.

  • Comm100 Live Chat is an excellent plugin. It s fast and has an intuitive interface. It works as expected and provides admins with a huge suite of tools to better communicate with visitors, and the admin interface can be accessed from just about anywhere. The pricing may be steep for some they charge monthly at $21/mo, $29/mo, or $49/mo per operator depending on your needs but if your business depends on converting visitors into customers then the expense is likely easy to justify. It gets my thumbs up.

    The recently improved user interface looks good and more friendly.

    very satisfied so far. But it will be perfect if they support auto-Logout :) the reason is we sometimes forget to log out the system after working hours... if the LiveChat can do auto log out everyday after 5PM, that will be more convenient :D

  • We tried both Email marketing as well as the Live Chat package & both seemed working pretty well offering a number of customization options to suit every sort of website.

  • Comm100 Forum has released a good software: simple to use, really similar to other competitors, and full of features we expect for this kind of bulletin board. It will satisfy with no doubts the need of (or maybe the lack of) communication in your company. Such tool is particularly useful when you cross its usage with other softwares from Comm100, like the Live Chat and so on, but we haven't tested them. And, by the way, being able to choose among the Hosted version (no maintenance costs, no installation problems) and the Open Source version is really great, because these two usage of this software will be valuable either for companies that do not have any IT expertise, or small ones that require a free tool for their needs.

    We are impressed with Comm100's ability to help you build your brand with live chat support software. You get full control of the customization and usage of this live chat software, and your operators have a long list of tools at their disposal when answering questions and giving personal support to your customers. Comm100 is missing a few features, such as real-time language translation and integration with Google Analytics. However, you'll be able to build a highly personalized support service on your site using Comm100's help desk software.
