    I have been using ClickDesk for a long time (more than 2 years) to offer on-line chat support from my web site. It is easy to deploy and easy-to-use. In my case one single user is enough since we do not have visitors that demand more than this. Sometimes (rarely) it seems to become disconnected but I am not sure if it is a problem with the app.

    Pros : Easy-to-use and deploy. Nice features for the free package. Map information and e-mail transcription of each conversation are very interesting.

    Cons : Probably there could me more features for the free package but it is fair. The user configuration could be a little more intuitive (I took a little time to understand how to make it).

    Horrible

    I would go with LiveChat Clickdesk is quite annoying and doesn't have much functionalities. Even though livechat is more expensive it is more stable and legit. Spend the extra money.

  • What do you like best?

    I like the way they integrate Chat, Helpdesk, Call and Social engagement all in one small box. I guess that will be the trend in the future. And the (embed) script load time is also very fast. Integration with popular Business Applications is surely a plus. Pricing is sensible.

  • ClickDesk is a very well-regarded live chat software provider. The live chat is a modern hosted solution. It takes just minutes to set up an account and install the script on your site. The look and feel are pretty slick and non-intrusive.

  • Any user who sells products or services via the web will want to at least investigate ClickDesk as it will help them build the most profitable segment of their business: repeat customers. Live Chat is also very helpful for building trust and making sales while building user engagements: users who can get their questions answered right away are far more likely to do so, rather than simply wandering off of the site in search of something else.

  • ClickDesk is amazing in its feature, bringing together various ways to better engage with customers. Not only that it supports live chat but also a helpdesk, phone support (VoIP) and social media integration. However, those minor issues in different criteria reduce the effectiveness of the live chat tool when taken into account altogether.

  • Offering a help desk on your web visitors to grab your customers is a good thing to do and a healthy practice for your online marketing. ClickDesk is a good candidate to consider since it goes one step further – instead of offering only text chat, you get to talk to your customer using voice.
