Easy to get started with low-cost investment a small start-up business can get started for as little to nothing as long as they are willing to put in a few hours of work. Easy to view and organize interface to see a list of leads, contacts, and companies you are working with. Fairly easy to customize the module fields to input words that are specific to your industry as well as organize it in such a way to be easy to find fields. For example, I have a service based industry and custom fields can include clients, active prospects, non-active customer/prospects, vendors, and much much more. I regularly try to add more fields to sources of leads and clients because I have affiliates to link to. So very easy to customize. If you're just starting up, this is one of the best tools you can invest into, all it takes is some time and if you have some extra money to invest per month you can unlock quite a few more features. I'm in the marketing field, and I always recommend a CRM of sorts including Zoho to clients for a way to organize their customer and contact database, by doing so you can smoother operations, follow up with leads and clients, and easy access to a lot of online video tutorials. You can then grow with Zoho with many add-on services that easily integrates with the main CRM system. andnbsp;
It seems that Apptivo cannot realistically address our suppliers issues. There is no way to easily integrate supply products into the system as margins are not automatically calculated etc. The product has loads of potential, but currently, it has serious issues with supply chain management.

You can track your sales, connect with your customers, and integrate your CRM account with other apps to expand it into a customized business solution. The software boasts superior functions that are marketed to increase productivity. Although, this may be true in the long run, the amount of time and lack of support on the front end makes adoption an issue. From the start, the system would not accept a conversion from free trial to paid account. When calling sales, there was a sales agent available even at night- WOW! Little did I know that this does not filter down to support! The webinars are overall good; but, the time allotted per webinar is not adequate to cover the material and allow time for questions. They are free though! Once you join and begin using the software, the first thing is to load the data. OK, where is the import tools- there they are! The system will upload the data and respond back that the contacts are already there and when your check, there are no contacts. This stops you cold as contacts are the basis for the system's first step in programming. Support! Ah, here lies the issue. The company failed to respond for over 24 hours to support emails and their own form. They do not provide a phone number for support. In fact, the support comes from an "unknown number." When calling the main number, you will simply be told that no one is "available to help you." Again, the only way to get a support tech is to make a fuzz. Who really has time for that in business? 2 starts for the product- would have been higher if I could actually have gotten to use it. 0 starts for support 5 stars for sales and marketing. What do you like best?A decent tool for Time Tracking, Invoicing, Opportunity management. It essentially seems to be geared toward Professional Services organizations. Especially with features like Time Tracking, Invoicing, etc. I like the fact that these services are integrated and native to the application. What do you dislike?The opportunity management features, reporting, and searching definitely seem to be lacking as compared to Salesforce. The interface is clumsy and difficult to use.
