Timetonote is a web-based communication tool that helps us set up tasks, leave notes, and send messages to various parties. The dashboard can allow you to start a project, track contacts, and information, it also shows you what you need to do next and add information to a particular contact.
You can leave reminders of a call, conversation, and meetings. It also, let you assign a task for a team member to follow up, call someone to get information about a product.

As you can tell from the general brevity of this review, I quickly lost interest in this application. It is generally incomplete. The company does not share any organizational information. There is no online demo so you must give up your contact information to try the application.
The Timetonote site has a very Web 2.0 look and feel. The site is clean and uncluttered, and quite responsive. There is a minimum of links on any given page, and the user interface is quite intuitive. Navigation is accomplished through a convenient top menu bar, where each users has tabs for Dashboard, Contacts and Tasks. There is also a Search Notes dialog on each user page on the site. There is no advertisement displayed on the Timetonote.com site.
