As a full-featured, yet simple and direct CRM tool, I think web workers, and especially whose who do a lot of sales-related work, will really appreciate Relenta. It keeps everything together and tightly integrated for those of you who love organization. Personally, I like how it enables me to keep everything nicely contained within my browser, so that if I need a break, all I have to do is quit Firefox and the air is cleared.More about Relenta

I first received Sales Nexus about 6 years ago as part of a professional group to try the program. It worked ok, but needed a lot of upgrades to truly do what we wanted. A year ago we renergized the systems, paid our subscription for multiple users. None of the long time professionals, one which used to setup CRM, were impressed, hard to use, clumsy to work with, no auto save is extremely frustrating. Now, without warning they lock us out, no notice of subscription due, no access to data and they want $150 to download our data back to us!!!!! Trust is completely gone with this company.More about SalesNexus

I had high hopes for Nimble and the promises they made, but the software has too many holes and support (especially technical support) is severely lacking. It's a shame as we invested a lot in developing around it (I'm even featured on their website) but we and every client we've recommended it to have given up in frustration. Save yourself the money and aggravation and look for something else.More about Nimble
