  • Sage CRM Connects the Pieces

    Sage CRM ProsSage CRM offers a full set of features such as case management, marketing campaigns, sales process workflows, plus more for an organization to access and utilize while working with their clients. These are not always "included" in all the competitive products out there as they are in Sage CRM. These features can be game changers in working with leads, prospects or clients in taking customer service to the next level.There are multiple ways to sift through and gather groupings of companies or people within the Sage CRM database. You can use the Find function (search), Reports and Groups. Not only does this put the groupings in one place but it then allows you to do multiple things with them. You can group email, analyze, export, review, assign tasks, and so much more. Not only are these capabilities easy to use and execute but they are also trackable and reportable.For the on-premise version of Sage CRM there is the capability to integrate with many of the Sage ERP products. When these two solutions work together there is a seamless two way integration. This saves companies a lot of money and time. Money is saved on user licenses as you can differentiate certain users to just be in the CRM side versus the ERP side or both. Time is saved as Sales and other non ERP users will have real time information on their clients information, order history, account information, and capabilities to create quotes and place orders.

    CRM needs work in a support call logging use

    Sage CRM Use Cases and Deployment ScopeI use Sage CRM for support call logging at CBS Inc. and I find it to be slow at times and inaccurate when using the insert note function. Sometimes it will log me out at random. Sage CRM is not very stable when [I am] using it for fast paced support call logging.

    Sage CRM Use Cases and Deployment ScopeSage CRM was used strictly as a CRM solution for many of the clients that I consulted with. So, basically it was used for customer data collection and marketing campaign management especially with email circulation. The product modules were also used heavily for the smaller business clients. I mostly worked with smaller businesses with Sage CRM. They also had Accpac implemented as well.

    Pros : Great value for what Sage CRM provides.It provides either onpremise or cloud based options which is still important with some clients.It links with ERP solutions that the client may already have especially other Sage products.

    Cons : When compared to other products such as Salesforce it doesn't compare.Sage CRM doesn't have the extensive app store that other CRM products have.Implementing the on-premise version can be difficult depending on the host database.

  • Sage CRM is a good option for small- and medium-sized businesses looking for a cost-effective CRM system from a reputable company. With this CRM, organizations are able to perform basic sales, marketing, and customer support automation.

  • What do you like best?

    Ease of use, overall functionality, workflow options that are built in, strong marketing capabilties, great reports. I like that fact that it can be used as a hosted application and also a on-premise solution.

    needs more social media connections to the core product.

    Mobile use is very easy. The interface is intuitive and requires a short learning curve

    What do you dislike?

    No Blackberry Z10 app. I have not found a decent Google map add on that works in the UK. Technical support and upgrades are expensive,

    What do you like best?

    Great handshake with sage erp, however they are separate products which have an integration owned by sage. Within the uk there is lots of experience however check for local resource if you plan for a global role out.

    Global support is limited in some countries. Useful if running sage as an erp

  • They are true CRM experts

    The developers of Sage CRM are true CRM experts. The software saved us time and money in set up fees, maintenance and strategy. No other company told us how to use CRM to make most of our sales opportunities, they just tried to sell us the software.

    Pros : Sage CRM is an easy to use, fast to deploy, feature rich
