Recently, at my new company, we started using Salesforce IQ within our Gmail emails. We have been using Salesforce IQ for a handful of aspects, including tracking emails, understanding when someone opens our email, tying the emails back to Salesforce, providing times we are free to chat and sending emails out at a future time. I've been using Salesforce (the CRM) for over 5 years now, but Salesforce IQ tied to my email has made life much easier. Now, I don't need to to tie emails back to the account/lead/contact through the BCC "emailtosalesforce/...." which is nice. Along with that, I can specify how I want the tracking to work, and whether I want to tie it to the contact, the opportunity, or (if for some reason) we have multiple options on the email itself.
This is an excellent value Customer Relationship Management tool, previously we used Sugar (CRM) however this was very costly was just too big for us. We just wanted a simple to use CRM that would allow us to track and move customers through the pipeline.andnbsp; This tool allows us to see what stage the lead or customer is and the potential value of the deal. As an administrator, I can quickly see which salesperson is actively using and updating and who is lagging behind. The system is really easy to use and is adaptable to allow us to change titles, deal stages, etc.

We signed up for RelateIQ 2 months ago and did not find it useful so we called the support guys to cancel our subscription. It was then that they informed us that we have no choice but to keep our subscription for a year because of some fine print that they never mentioned before.More about SalesforceIQ
