  • Fantastic sales management software!!!

    We have been using Pipeliner for a couple of months now and it is light years ahead of the competition. It is incredibly easy to use, all of our sales team has adopted it and I have a better understanding of our sales pipeline that ever before. As a company that is experiencing rapid growth Pipeliner is a critical part of our management infrastructure. Our sales ops guys have received outstanding support on any issues that we have had and as a company that sells cloud software and professional services it is refreshing to see how well this company is managed. I am actually really excited to attend our weekly sales reviews as they are now focused on action not reporting!!! If you are a company of any size and dropping tons of money on expensive CRM tools and not seeing the results, Pipeliner CRM is for you!!

    Pros : Ease of use, visual interface, & widespread sales personnel adoption, great response times for any issue.

    Cons : Some small administration issues. Nothing major and most of what we have given feedback on is already on the product roadmap for the next release.

    Pipeliner CRM - Customer Success Platform built on Principles by Sales Professionals for Sales Professionals

    Salespeople are a rare breed. They love meeting and/or talking to customers all the time. For them, productivity is measured in terms of number of deals closed every month. They are the entrepreneurs within the organization. They think the company runs successfully because of them. And they are simply right. They have no time to do data entry. They simply do not have the time to follow cumbersome procedures. They want a CRM product that simply thinks like they do. And Pipeliner fits the bill perfectly. I am yet to see a product that is crafted for the Salespeople. As a salesperson, I am in love with Pipeliner, the CRM Software that made me fall in love with Sales again.

    Pros : Ease of Use Integration with Apps that you use Visualization of Sales stages No expert skills required Lets you focus on the right leads at the right time Always available on the cloud and on your mobile devices [Android, iOS apps] - whether you are connected or not. Auto Syncing once you are connected. There are no multiple editions to choose from. Single edition and you get all the features at one low price. Over a 3 year period, you will pay 50% less than the popular cloud app [that tries to

    Cons : Nothing whatsoever. I have no complaints at all.

    Managing the Sales Pipeline visually

    We have used the software internally and we also now recommend to others, as a cloud based system, this is now our preferred option for sales and marketing teams. Having recently taken on new staff, who had not been exposed to CRM before it was refreshing to see how quick that can pick up running with the system and for us more important was that instant awareness and reminder of their purpose, i.e. how they need to attain their target.

    Pros : Very easy to use and many clients are up and running themselves with little input from ourselves, but also Pipeliner CRM Support team have been very good and patient in resolving questions, often pointing us to the easy to understand video tutorials to complement what they have said. The chat function is a great and quick way to engage with support direct. Having seen the new 'Insights' functionality on a recent webinar, this is the next item we want to explore and start to use to give a deeper

    Cons : Having spent now nearly 20 years working with CRM systems, my view is there is no such thing as a perfect system and that clients will always want more functionality and this applies across all systems. The functionality is usually there, but may need to be pulled out. For Pipeliner CRM, the only real difficult I have had to learn is the data import functionality does need to be thought about and understood. Having said that, this is usually sorted in the initial set-up by accredited external

  • Pipeliner CRM - A CRM for today's Sales Reps

    Pipeliner CRM Use Cases and Deployment ScopePipeliner is our primary CRM for our sales and client success team. We moved from Salesforce.com to Pipeliner as a cost savings as well as looking for a tool that had a more progressive feature set. Of specific interest to us was the visual user interface of the opportunity pipeline and the social media integrations.

    Pros : LinkedIn and other social integrations are great. It is easy to link directly from the CRM to the social channel.The pipeline opportunity view, ability to build custom reports using any filter setting.The Pipeliner team from the CEO, to support, to marketing has been fantastic to deal with. They care about the success of their customers.

    Cons : Our integration from Salesforce.com was a little challenging and we experienced some slow speeds, but much of that was due to the large number of records we were bringing in. In addition, we did not hire Pipeliner support to help us. We did it on our own. Those issues have all been resolved.

    Pros : Highly logical, responsive and understandable visual interface.Flexibility to configure platform to meet the needs of your business and team.All data easily accessible and usable.Terrific graphic interface makes report generation a breeze.

    Cons : The product development team at Pipeliner CRM always seems to be a step or two ahead of what I'm experiencing. Therefore they've already addressed improvements I could have suggested. They are really in touch with their users and overall user experience.

    Pipeliner CRM Use Cases and Deployment ScopeAs a reseller of the Pipeliner CRM product and others, I really appreciate the quality and user friendliness of Pipeliner.  Our prospects and clients really enjoy the same as well as the new features of the 7.x release.  Great strides forward.Having that focal point to primarily the sales team enablement, it tends to be used in sales first. As we all understand when the sales team uses a software, it must be good.  They don't struggle to use it, they enjoy and realize the benefits of using it. If you are looking to grow your company, start with the sales team and give them a tool like Pipeliner CRM.  Let them grow the revenue stream and you grow.  Then implement a second or third or fourth or more pipelines to handle the order entry and delivery process.  Then the quality control pipe and on and on. We enjoy showing and using the product with our clients.

    Pros : Provides focus for a sales agents or sales managers - focus on the deal movement, don't allow bottlenecks to go un-noticed.Provides relationship information including an org chart type diagram showing internal and external influencers.Access to your sales funnels while without internet connectivity... ie. flying, etc.Provides action statistics to allow process management and deal management visually.

    Cons : After sale (to the users client) support mechanisms. Today those features are linked in foreign applications.Currently linked in Quote applications like QuoteRoller. Those are good but a sales system would be best with a tightly integrated or full package ability such as QuoteWerks. I believe QuoteWerks is being worked on now.

  • It was very rewarding to see the evolution from last year to this, and we remain hopeful that they will do the same for the reporting modules to showcase the incredible power of their analytics tools in a way that will benefit users. We definitely look forward to see the next iteration.

  • What do you like best?

    Pipeliner has redefined the CRM experience for me. It's my firm belief that legions of frustrated Salesforce users will rise up in protest one day and collectively cry, "Enough! We don't want a box to dump data into; We want a modern, customized, fully-integrated platform that operates under the following premise: visualizing sales process is a first and better experience than a data warehouse."

    What do you dislike?

    Trying to find a flaw in a supermodel is a difficult task, albeit not an impossible one. A similar parallel can be drawn with Pipeliner, whose only flaw lies not of its own making, but rather with its partner integration. I was overjoyed to be finally rid of the monolith that impeded the daily processes of my sales team (Salesforce). Migrating the beast's data, however, was not a Pipeliner-esque experience. A new third party vendor would be a marked improvement.

    What do you like best?

    Above all Pipeliner CRM is easy to use. It's design is elegant and it's simple to enter and track new opportunities. The contact management functionality is excellent and it's highly intuitive. Beyond the product, the sales support has been 2nd to none. We had dedicated support from a knowledgeable expert throughout the process which made it even more compelling for us to go with Pipeliner CRM. We're a small shop too (10 licenses) and Pipeliner CRM provided excellent service. The ability to link to LinkedIn profiles for individuals and companies makes adding a contact really easy, as well as MS Outlook integration.

    What do you dislike?

    Nothing to dislike so far - the tool is easy to use, intuitive, easy to customize and is ready to go out of the box. It doesn't require a huge amount of customization.

  • Pipeliner is the first CRM application to really link method with process. The method is the logical sequence of events in the customers buying steps, and how this translates into what the sales organization does to move an opportunity forward.

  • Whether you're an independent contractor or manage a whole sales team, Pipeliner has plenty of tools to help you increase efficiency and make your sales forecasts more accurate. It's worth trying, and many users will likely find it's worth buying, too.
