I really love using Pipeliner. It has made my life so much easier!andnbsp; The functionality is spot-on. It gives us greater visibility of what is happening per team, per sector, per campaign we are running.andnbsp; It's really easy to use and powerful on the screen in meetings. I particularly like being able to jump from view to view and also the velocity option.andnbsp; I find the Navigator really good too, especially for summarising overdue tasks and the upcoming activities bar at the right hand side, makes planning even easier. The support is also excellent, my contact Todd is always available for any queries. His knowledge of the tool is first class and he has helpful suggestions to make everything run smoother. Recommended!
This is the Microsoft Dynamics of the CRM world. Software made to sell itself, meaning if someone demos it to a CEO, they'll be massively impressed. A CRM is as good as it's usage by salespeople. This CRM struggles to get that.

Terrible. More time is spent on this updating this and that. Spending time on things that do not bring in money. Have used my google calender for the past 5 years with no complaints. Update leads right on the calender. I can move people to the top if still active, to the bottom when sold or dead. Very easy to keep track of with Google Calender. With moreannoying.com it is very confusing. My boss now is suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder about every little insignificant detail that does not generate sales, but generates constant questioning. I use to do my job real good, now this program is hindering my progress. To much time spent updating the system. It is majoring in the minors to the extreme.
