I really love using Pipeliner. It has made my life so much easier!andnbsp; The functionality is spot-on. It gives us greater visibility of what is happening per team, per sector, per campaign we are running.andnbsp; It's really easy to use and powerful on the screen in meetings. I particularly like being able to jump from view to view and also the velocity option.andnbsp; I find the Navigator really good too, especially for summarising overdue tasks and the upcoming activities bar at the right hand side, makes planning even easier. The support is also excellent, my contact Todd is always available for any queries. His knowledge of the tool is first class and he has helpful suggestions to make everything run smoother. Recommended!
This is the Microsoft Dynamics of the CRM world. Software made to sell itself, meaning if someone demos it to a CEO, they'll be massively impressed. A CRM is as good as it's usage by salespeople. This CRM struggles to get that.
Our company uses Pipedrive, and we are about to make the switch to Salesforce. Pipedrive was fine when we were a small start-up, but now as we change methods there are lots of changes that we want to make to PD, and the lack of features and accessibility makes it hard to make lots of large changes easily. Instead, we have to individually go in and spend hours fixing details of different leads. It doesn't help either that it's hard to reach customer service and get on the phone with them.

Pipeliner is the first CRM application to really link method with process. The method is the logical sequence of events in the customers buying steps, and how this translates into what the sales organization does to move an opportunity forward.More about Pipeliner CRM

3dcart offers all the tools you need to sell your products online. Whether you are just starting out as a new business owner or if you are a seasoned veteran doesn’t matter, they will have something for everyone. What makes it great is the fact that the solution is easy enough for everyone to be able to use it from the get-go, and still offering more advanced options for those who wan to implement their own code. I recommend that you simply sign up for the 15-day free trial and test it out yourself.More about 3dCart

What we liked: • Users can drag and drop clients into new categories as their deals progress• Red light/green light feature notifies users when they need to take action on a project• Unreached goals automatically carry over to the next sales cycle• Pipedrive backs up its users’ data on a daily basis What we didn’t like: • NothingMore about Pipedrive

Having now spent the week with 3dcart, I should have a good idea what type of person would take to it’s endless array of features. The only true standout feature I experienced was the technical support. 3dcart includes a reporting feature, page full ofSEO tools, and even a lightweight CRM. But none of them are particularly well executed. Given that 3dcart has been around for 15 years, and reminds me of Microsoft Office. I picture both products starting out with a small set of critical features that are easily accessible. But with each version, comes more complexity and advanced features. Over time, the product becomes less accessible and caters to a smaller niche of customers.More about 3dCart
